My name is Tim, and I'm the Happy Jobless Guy. You can read my story here. I create this website to give hope to people who are jobless, who have lost their job, who are unable to find a job, who are too old or too frail to hold a job, and those whose job is so horrible it doesn't make life worth living. To all of them, this website provides the light beyond the tunnel. Whether you are presently jobless, or you are gainfully employed but looking to supplement your income, I hope the articles in Happy Jobless Guy will help you improve your life and your financial well being.

I certainly would not guarantee that the articles in this website will transform you. To some people, these articles will be a source of inspiration, aspiration and motivation. Others will read them with complete apathy. Which of them you are depends on how you view a job. Some of you will not be able to imagine why anybody should live a life without holding a job. Perhaps your mother, father, sisters, brothers, uncles, cousins, all have jobs, so you must have one too. It's a travesty to be jobless, why, you even feel governments should make joblessness a felony. If your raison d'etre is to enter an office every day so that you can postrate and worship a boss, and the absence of a boss will make your life empty, meaningless and not worth the air that you breath, then you should stay away from Happy Jobless Guy articles - they will corrupt your mind, confuse you, give you thoughts more evil than murder.

On there other hand, there will be some of you who do understand that it is better to seek future without having to depend on a job. In fact, you might question why anybody should be holding jobs anyway. You look around you, and you see the richest people don't have jobs. They have people who have jobs working for them. If you are of this opinion, you will find the articles in this website to be a valuable resource.

This website is not providing you a recipe on how you can shake legs and see money falling on your lap, you got it wrong. To be jobless is nowhere the same as to be not working. The definition of being jobless, within the context of Happy Jobless Guy, is not being employed, and not having a superior to report to. However, to sustain a happy jobless lifestyle, you need to work. You will still have a boss, except that, it's a boss that lives in the mirror. This boss will give you complete independence. If you want to work hard, fine. If you don't want to work at all, fine. And of course, your income is dependent on your own productivity. In the happy jobless world, there is no office back-stabbing, there is no ass-kissing - I tell you, if your boss lives in the mirror, his ass is in very a difficult position to kiss.
